01 / PULSE / AVAILABLE SELF-SERVICE MONITORING

“It's fine at our end.” That doesn't mean it's fine at yours.

The most maddening network faults are the ones nobody else can see. A device answers a check, yet something is slow, unstable or unreachable for the people relying on it.

We built Pulse to put measurements and history behind those conversations. It watches monitored devices and services from outside your network and through a lightweight agent inside it, capturing availability, latency, packet loss and changes over time.

THE TECHNICAL DECISION

Where a measurement came from matters. An agent losing contact is not proof that every device behind it has failed. Pulse keeps those observations distinct, so the evidence is more useful.

02 / EXOVAULT / AVAILABLE CLOUD BACKUP

You have backups. What if someone goes after those too?

A backup is only reassuring while there's still a way to recover it. Attackers know this, which is why backup infrastructure and the credentials controlling it can become targets.

We provide an exoVault Veeam Cloud Connect repository for your backups, together with separate provider-controlled snapshots and replication of that repository as standard.

THE TECHNICAL DECISION

Separate the control, not just the storage. Our additional copies sit outside the customer's account and backup quota, providing another recovery path if the accessible backup data is damaged.

03 / MYSPORTCAL / OUR OWN PROJECT IN DEVELOPMENT

This one started with football and family life.

Fixtures move. Family plans fill up. And following a team shouldn't mean wrestling with another app every time you want to know what's on.

MySportCal began as a way to bring the football we follow into the calendar we already use. Then the idea grew: match centres, lineups, statistics and the stories that make those ninety minutes matter.

THE PRODUCT CHOICE

Start with the supporter, not the data feed. We're designing around the moments people actually care about, and working through the data and software needed to make them feel simple. This project is still being built.

THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE DECISIONS

We argue with the first idea. Especially our own.

We bring the experience of building and running real systems, the instinct to spot what matters and responsibility for what we put in front of customers. Sel, our AI collaborator, helps us investigate alternatives, examine the awkward edge cases and move possibilities into something we can test.

The interesting part isn't that we agree. It's that we don't have to. A design has to survive questions about risk, usefulness and what will actually happen when it's running.
